Save the Date – IAATI-EB Annual Meeting 2025

On October 22, 23 and 24, 2025, we will gather once again for the IAATI-EB Annual Meeting – this year in beautiful Genoa, Italy. Make sure to mark these dates in your calendar!

We will be staying at the elegant Starhotels President, which will also be the venue for our seminar. The agenda will be shared soon, but you can expect a strong and engaging programme. On October 23, we look forward to welcoming you at the Gala Dinner – an opportunity to reconnect, share ideas, and enjoy a relaxed evening together.

As the hometown of Columbus, Genoa offers the perfect backdrop for our event – a true voyage of discovery in the spirit of collaboration and progress.

What is included in the seminar fee?

The seminar fee covers:

• Participation in the 2-day seminar
• Lunches on both seminar days
• Coffee, water, and snacks during morning and afternoon breaks
• The Gala Dinner on October 23

Accommodation

IAATI attendees benefit from special rates at the Starhotels President (valid until 30 June 2025 or subject to availability):

• Classic Room (single use): €180 per night
• Classic Room (double/twin): €200 per night
• Deluxe Room (single use): €200 per night
• Deluxe Room (double/twin): €220 per night

Rates include buffet breakfast and VAT; a tourist tax of €4.00 per person/night is payable at check-in.

Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a booking number from the hotel.

• Free cancellation until 30 July 2025
• Cancellations from 31 July–30 September: 1 night charged
• Cancellations from 1 October or no-shows: full stay charged
